About TenderIQ

TenderIQ is an independent tender-evaluation platform built for teams who take public and private procurement seriously. We combine evaluator-grade AI scoring, sector-aware benchmarking and structured coaching so bidders can see exactly how a submission is likely to be read — and what to fix — before it goes out the door.

Why we built it

Public tenders are won and lost on evaluator interpretation, not intent. Two strong companies can put forward similar answers and score wildly differently because one team spoke the evaluator's language and the other didn't. TenderIQ closes that gap. Every response is scored against the same guardrail stack an experienced evaluator would use, with transparent bands, sub-part breakdowns and consequence statements that explain the mark.

How we work

TenderIQ is built and operated in Ireland. We host in the EU, process submissions through an audited guardrail stack, and treat every uploaded document as commercially sensitive: documents are wiped 31 days after the submission date by default, and are never used to train models.
